Welcome to OkiLuv.com (“OkiLuv”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Global Relocate USA LLC. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of OkiLuv.com, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

OkiLuv is an online dating platform designed for adults. To use our Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.
Not have been previously removed or banned from our Platform.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. International Dating Notice

OkiLuv complies with applicable United States laws governing international matchmaking services, including the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (“IMBRA”), where applicable. Additional disclosures or consent may be required for certain communications or services. This notice does not constitute a representation that OkiLuv is an “international marriage broker” as defined under IMBRA.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access most features of OkiLuv, you must create an account. You may register using:

Your email address and a password.
A third-party social login, such as Google or Facebook, subject to their respective terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You must promptly update any information that becomes outdated or inaccurate. OkiLuv is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information you provide.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

Never share your password with any third party.
Notify us immediately at support@okiluv.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use OkiLuv only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may use the Platform to:

Create and maintain a genuine personal profile.
Browse and connect with other members.
Send messages and interact respectfully with other users.
Participate in features and services offered by the Platform.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, under any circumstances:

Provide false information, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
Harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or harm any other user.
Use the Platform for solicitation, advertising, or commercial purposes without written consent, including but not limited to promoting cryptocurrency or digital asset schemes, multi-level marketing (“MLM”) or pyramid opportunities, forex or trading signals, paid coaching or consulting services, affiliate marketing, third-party recruitment, lead generation, or investment or business opportunities of any kind.
Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other users.
Post or transmit spam, viruses, malware, or any harmful content.
Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization.
Attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform or another user’s account.
Engage in any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
Post content involving minors in any inappropriate context.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

5.3 Respecting Member Boundaries

OkiLuv is built on mutual respect. All members are expected to:

Accept another member’s decision to end a conversation, decline contact, or not reciprocate interest, without further pursuit.
Refrain from repeated, unwanted contact with a member who has not responded, has asked not to be contacted, or has blocked or reported you.
Respect boundaries a member sets around the pace, tone, or content of a conversation.

Persistent unwanted contact, pressure, or disregard for another member’s stated boundaries may be treated as harassment under Section 5.2 and result in account suspension or termination.

6. Profile and Content

6.1 Your Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share on OkiLuv, including profile photos, bio text, and messages (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you represent that:

You own or have the necessary rights to the content.
The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
The content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

6.2 License to OkiLuv

By posting User Content, you grant OkiLuv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

6.2A Member Promotion and Featured Profiles

By creating a profile and uploading photos or other content to OkiLuv.com, you grant OkiLuv.com and Global Relocate USA LLC permission to display, promote, and feature your profile, username, profile photos, and publicly visible profile information on the Platform, our social media channels, advertisements, newsletters, blogs, press releases, and other marketing materials for the purpose of promoting OkiLuv.com and its services.

We will not publish your private messages, email address, phone number, financial information, or other non-public personal information without your explicit consent.

If you do not wish to have your profile featured in promotional materials, you may contact support@okiluv.com and request to opt out of future promotional use. This permission is non-exclusive, revocable for future promotional use upon your opt-out request, and does not transfer ownership of your content to OkiLuv.

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, or modify any User Content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to our Platform or its users.

We may preserve, remove, or disclose User Content where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to legal requests, enforce these Terms, protect the rights, property, or safety of OkiLuv, our members, or third parties, or investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity.

6.3A Authentic Photos

Profile photos should be recent, genuine, and accurately represent your current appearance. You must not upload or use:

AI-generated, synthetic, or digitally manipulated images that materially misrepresent your identity or appearance.
Photos of another person, whether or not that person has consented.
Images that have been materially altered to misrepresent your age, identity, or appearance (for example, face-swapping or substantially changing facial features).

Minor, ordinary photo edits — such as brightness, color, cropping, or standard filters that do not change your actual appearance — are permitted. Profiles found to use inauthentic or materially misleading photos may be suspended or permanently removed.

6.4 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

OkiLuv.com may offer artificial intelligence (“AI”) powered features designed to assist members and improve the user experience. These features may include, but are not limited to:

Profile headline generation
Profile biography and description suggestions
Profile completion assistance
Message drafting and reply suggestions
Translation assistance
Match and compatibility recommendations
Content moderation and safety monitoring
Fraud, scam, spam, and suspicious activity detection
Customer support assistance
Other AI-powered tools introduced from time to time

AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or appropriate for every situation.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing, sharing, sending, or relying upon it. Once you publish, send, or otherwise use AI-assisted content on the Platform, you are responsible for that content to the same extent as any other User Content, regardless of its AI-assisted origin.

OkiLuv.com does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, compatibility, success, or outcomes of any AI-generated suggestions, recommendations, matches, translations, messages, profile content, or other outputs.

Any compatibility scores, match recommendations, profile suggestions, or relationship-related insights generated by AI are provided solely as informational tools and should not be interpreted as guarantees of compatibility, relationship success, member suitability, or future outcomes.

Users should exercise independent judgment when using AI-generated content and should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs when making personal, relationship, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions.

7. Safety and Reporting

OkiLuv is committed to providing a safe environment. However, we cannot guarantee the conduct, identity, or intentions of any user. You agree to use caution when interacting with other members, particularly those you have not met in person, and to exercise independent judgment at all times.

7.1 Verified Profiles

OkiLuv may offer a profile verification process in which a member submits a photo for review. A “Verified” badge indicates only that the member completed this photo-review process at the time it was granted. It does not mean, and should not be interpreted to mean, that OkiLuv has confirmed the member’s identity, background, criminal history, marital status, intentions, or truthfulness, nor does it guarantee the member’s future conduct on or off the Platform. Verification should never be interpreted as a recommendation or endorsement by OkiLuv. Verification status may be granted, withheld, or revoked at OkiLuv’s sole discretion and is not a substitute for your own judgment and caution.

7.2 Communicating Outside OkiLuv

We recommend keeping conversations on the Platform until you feel comfortable and have taken reasonable steps to satisfy yourself about who you are speaking with. Be cautious if another member:

Pressures you to move the conversation to another app, phone number, or platform very quickly.
Professes strong feelings unusually early in the conversation.
Asks for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, financial information, or banking details for any reason, including emergencies, travel, investments, or gifts.
Provides inconsistent details about their identity, location, or circumstances, or refuses simple verification steps such as a video call.
Requests secrecy or asks you not to tell friends or family about the relationship.

These are common patterns associated with romance scams. Never send money, financial information, or documents such as identification or banking details to someone you have not met in person and independently verified. If something feels wrong, trust your judgment, stop communicating, and report the member to us.

7.3 Reporting and General Safety Practices

You agree to:

Use caution when interacting with other members, especially those you do not know in person.
Never share sensitive personal information, such as your home address, financial details, or ID documents, with other members.
Report any suspicious, abusive, or inappropriate behavior using our in-platform reporting tools.
Meet other members for the first time in public places, and consider telling a friend or family member where you are going.

Members who become aware of scams, impersonation, stolen accounts, or other fraudulent activity are encouraged to report such activity promptly to help protect the OkiLuv community.

OkiLuv is not responsible for the offline conduct of users. We encourage all members to exercise personal safety and good judgment when interacting with others.

8. No Guarantee of Relationships

OkiLuv provides a platform for introductions only. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, dates, friendships, marriages, or relationship success. Any outcomes from your use of the Platform are the result of your own choices and interactions with other members, and OkiLuv assumes no responsibility for the results of any connection made through the Platform.

9. Premium Memberships and Payments

9.1 Free and Paid Services

OkiLuv offers both free and premium membership tiers. Free accounts have limited features. Premium memberships provide access to enhanced features and may be offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

9.2 Billing

By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize OkiLuv to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fee. All charges are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

9.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@okiluv.com.

9.4 Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused subscription time. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at support@okiluv.com.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the OkiLuv Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface design, text, software, and code, is owned by or licensed to Global Relocate USA LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Platform content without our prior written permission.

10.1 Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material on OkiLuv infringes your copyright, please contact support@okiluv.com with sufficient information for us to investigate and respond appropriately, including a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of OkiLuv is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

11.1 Additional AI Processing Disclosure

We may process information provided by users through AI-powered services and third-party technology providers for the purpose of generating content, improving platform functionality, detecting fraud, enhancing safety, providing translations, improving matchmaking features, delivering customer support, and enhancing the overall user experience.

Such processing will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Disclaimers

OkiLuv is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Any defects will be corrected.
The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components.
Any matches or connections made on the Platform will result in compatible or successful relationships.

OkiLuv does not conduct criminal background checks on its users unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature or service. Any verification feature, including photo-based “Verified” status, is not a background check and does not confirm a member’s criminal history, identity, or safety. We strongly encourage all members to exercise caution and personal judgment.

OkiLuv does not verify the identity of every member and cannot guarantee that information provided by members is accurate, complete, or current. Members are solely responsible for exercising appropriate caution when interacting with others.

OkiLuv.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, compatibility, suitability, or effectiveness of any AI-generated content, recommendations, profile suggestions, translations, communications, or matchmaking assistance. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or inappropriate responses.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Relocate USA LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Platform.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to OkiLuv in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

14. Force Majeure

OkiLuv shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, governmental actions, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Relocate USA LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

Your use of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your User Content.
Your violation of any third-party rights.

16. Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion removes your profile from the Platform, though some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

16.2 Termination by OkiLuv

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Conduct harmful to other users or the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid subscription fees.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OkiLuv shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, with arbitration to take place in San Joaquin County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

18. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not access or use OkiLuv in violation of applicable United States export control laws or economic sanctions regulations. By using the Platform, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

19. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related emails, notices, and other electronic communications from OkiLuv. Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from at any time; service-related communications necessary for the operation of your account may continue regardless of marketing preferences.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OkiLuv regarding your use of the Platform.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
