OkiLuv Community Guidelines

At OkiLuv, our goal is to provide a welcoming, respectful, and secure environment where adults can build genuine friendships, meaningful relationships, and lasting connections. Every member plays an important role in helping keep our community safe.

These Community Guidelines work alongside, and are incorporated by reference into, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using OkiLuv, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations of these Guidelines may be treated as a violation of our Terms and Conditions, and any related dispute is subject to Section 17 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) of our Terms and Conditions, including its arbitration and venue provisions.

If you believe another member has violated them, please report the account to us immediately at support@okiluv.com or by using the reporting tools available on the website.

Depending on the seriousness of a violation, we may issue warnings, remove content, suspend accounts, permanently terminate memberships, or report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

1. Account Eligibility

Adults Only

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use OkiLuv.

Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account removed immediately.

2. Profile Standards

Be Honest

Your profile should accurately represent who you are.

Do not:

  • Pretend to be another person.
  • Use someone else’s identity or photographs.
  • Misrepresent your age, relationship status, gender, or location.
  • Provide false or misleading information.

Authentic profiles help build trust throughout the community.

One Account Per Person

Each member may maintain one personal account on OkiLuv.

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, avoid moderation, or impersonate others is prohibited.

Genuine Dating Purpose

OkiLuv is designed for people seeking friendships, dating, long-term relationships, or marriage.

Accounts created primarily for any of the following may be removed:

  • Selling products or services
  • Advertising businesses
  • Recruiting members
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Investment schemes
  • Cryptocurrency promotions
  • Escort services
  • Sugar dating arrangements
  • Dowry negotiations
  • Soliciting gifts or money

Respectful Profile Content

Your profile text, headline, username, and any public content must remain respectful.

Content that is prohibited includes:

  • Hate speech
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Racist or discriminatory language
  • Pornographic or explicit material
  • Graphic violence
  • Terrorist or extremist content
  • Promotion of illegal activities
  • Encouragement of self-harm
  • Political propaganda
  • Content that infringes another person’s copyright or trademark

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used on OkiLuv without permission, please see the copyright complaint process in Section 10.1 of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Photo Guidelines

Your photos should be recent, genuine, and accurately represent your current appearance.

Photos may be rejected or removed if they:

  • Do not clearly show you
  • Include another person as the primary subject
  • Contain children or minors
  • Contain nudity or explicit sexual content
  • Are excessively suggestive
  • Display violence or disturbing imagery
  • Promote drugs or illegal activities
  • Display contact information, QR codes, email addresses, or social media usernames
  • Are AI-generated, synthetic, deepfaked, face-swapped, or otherwise digitally manipulated to materially misrepresent your identity or appearance
  • Are heavily edited to misrepresent your appearance
  • Violate another person’s copyright
  • Are offensive or inappropriate

Minor, ordinary photo edits — such as brightness, color, cropping, or standard filters that do not change your actual appearance — are permitted. For the best experience, upload recent, clear photographs that honestly reflect your appearance.

4. Member Communication

Treat every member with courtesy and respect.

You may not:

  • Threaten or intimidate others
  • Harass or stalk members
  • Use abusive or obscene language
  • Send hateful or discriminatory messages
  • Send unsolicited sexually explicit messages
  • Repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop
  • Attempt to bypass blocks by creating additional accounts
  • Send spam or mass messages
  • Promote outside businesses, services, websites, political organizations, or fundraising campaigns

Members should always respect personal boundaries and consent.

5. Protecting Minors

OkiLuv has a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation of minors.

You may never:

  • Attempt to contact anyone under 18 through our platform.
  • Encourage or facilitate communication with minors.
  • Exchange sexually explicit material involving minors.
  • Attempt to arrange meetings with underage individuals.

Any suspected exploitation of children will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

6. Financial Safety

Never send money to someone you have met online.

Do not share:

  • Credit card numbers
  • Bank account details
  • Online banking credentials
  • Cryptocurrency wallets
  • Government identification documents
  • Passwords or security codes

If another member requests money, financial assistance, investments, gift cards, loans, or cryptocurrency, please report them immediately to support@okiluv.com.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Scamming or fraud
  • Identity theft
  • Catfishing
  • Blackmail or extortion
  • Human trafficking
  • Prostitution or escort services
  • Money laundering
  • Illegal gambling
  • Distribution of malware or viruses
  • Unauthorized access to accounts
  • Automated bots or scripts used to access the website
  • Attempting to disrupt or interfere with OkiLuv systems

Accounts involved in illegal activity may be permanently banned without notice.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your account.

Please:

  • Use a strong password.
  • Never share your login credentials.
  • Log out from public devices.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Sharing or selling your account is not permitted.

9. Dormant Accounts

To maintain an active community, OkiLuv may periodically remove inactive accounts that have not been used for an extended period.

Logging in regularly helps keep your account active.

10. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it immediately.

You can:

  • Use the Report Member feature on profiles and messages.
  • Contact us at support@okiluv.com.

When reporting a member, include as much information as possible so our moderation team can investigate efficiently.

11. Enforcement

Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning
  • Removal of photos or profile content
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Permanent ban from OkiLuv
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate account removal without prior warning.

12. Stay Safe While Dating

While we work hard to maintain a safe platform, online dating always requires personal caution.

We encourage members to:

  • Take time to get to know someone before meeting.
  • Meet in public places for first dates.
  • Tell a trusted friend where you’re going.
  • Never feel pressured into sharing personal information.
  • Trust your instincts if something doesn’t feel right.
  • Report suspicious behavior immediately.

Your safety always comes first.
